Refund policy

We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy, here's what you need to know about returning or exchanging an item:

Return Conditions:

• Items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
• No restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unused, with original swing tags/labels attached.
• Please note that hosiery (stockings, pantyhose, tights, thigh highs, bodystockings) cannot be returned once opened.
• For defective items, please email us within 5 days of delivery. We'll offer a replacement for any defective items.

Store Credit Process:

• Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will issue a store credit gift card for the purchase price, minus any discounts applied. Original shipping charges are not included.
• Please allow 5 business days for the return to be processed.
• Please create a Rebel Romance customer account to access your store credit.

Return Shipping Instructions:

1. Email us at sales@flirtysexylittlethings.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with our return address and instructions.
2. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so please keep your tracking number until your store credit has been issued.
3. Returns must be delivered to us within 45 days from the date of order.
