Shipping policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

In stock and ready to ship items are shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship from our locations in USA.

We use USPS Ground Advantage for shipping. We can not guarantee delivery dates as the post office provides an estimate. Flat Rate Shipping is $6.95 on all orders to USA addresses and FREE for orders of $100+ to USA addresses.

International Shipping:

We use USPS First-Class International (7-50 days). Customs duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility. Packages that are left unpaid at customs or returned to sender for non payment of taxes/duties will not be refunded. *International orders may take an additional 5 days to prepare shipment.

*Axami Preorders (items not showing as In Stock and are marked Preorder on product page and at checkout) typically ship in 3 weeks but can take as long as 4 weeks.
