Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

In stock and ready to ship items are shipped within 2 business days. We ship from our locations in USA.

We use USPS Ground Advantage for shipping. We can not guarantee delivery dates as the post office provides an estimate. Shipping is FREE on all orders to USA addresses.

International Shipping:

We use USPS First-Class International (7-50 days). Customs duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility. Packages that are left unpaid at customs or returned to sender for non payment of taxes/duties will not be refunded. *International orders may take an additional 5 days to prepare shipment.

*Preorders (items not showing as In Stock and are marked Preorder on product page and at checkout) typically ship in 2 weeks but can take as long as 3 weeks or as little as 1 week.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
2. Items must be returned in new condition, with all tags attached, free from any damage, wear, wash, or odors. If these conditions are not met, a restocking fee may apply, or we may refuse the return.
3. In case you receive a defective item, kindly notify us within 5 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement of any defective items.

Item Requirements:

The item(s) being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unused, with original swing tags/labels attached.

Store Credit Process:

1. Upon receiving the item(s) and verifying that they meet the stated conditions, we will issue store credit for the purchase price, excluding the original delivery charges.
2. Please allow up to 2-7 business days for the store credit to be processed.

Return Shipping Instructions:

1. Start a return by logging into your customer account
2. Return the item to us.
3. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you. Please note, an $8 cost for this label will be deducted from your store credit.

International Orders: For customers with international orders we do not accept returns.
