We use USPS Ground Advantage for shipping. We can not guarantee delivery dates as the post office provides an estimate. Flat Rate Shipping is $7.95 on all orders to USA addresses and FREE for orders of $100+ to USA addresses.
International Shipping:
We use USPS First-Class International (7-50 days). Customs duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility. Packages that are left unpaid at customs or returned to sender for non payment of taxes/duties will not be refunded. *International orders may take an additional 5 days to prepare shipment if multiple items are ordered that need to be combined into 1 shipment.

We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy, here's what you need to know about returning or exchanging an item:
Return Conditions:
- Items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
- No restocking fee.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unused, with original swing tags/labels attached.
- Please note that hosiery (stockings, pantyhose, tights, thigh highs, bodystockings) cannot be returned once opened.
- For defective items, please email us within 5 days of delivery. We'll offer a replacement for any defective items.
Store Credit Process:
- Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will issue a store credit gift card for the purchase price, minus any discounts applied. Original shipping charges are not included.
- Please allow 5 business days for the return to be processed.
- Please create a FSLT Lingerie customer account to access your store credit.
Return Shipping Instructions:
- Email us at sales@flirtysexylittlethings.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with our return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit, so please keep your tracking number until your store credit has been issued.
- Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days from the date the return is opened.
