Return & Exchange Conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in new condition, with all tags attached, free from any damage, wear, wash, or odors. If these conditions are not met, a restocking fee may apply, or we may refuse the return.
- In case you receive a defective item, kindly notify us within 5 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement of any defective items.
Item Requirements:
The item(s) being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unused, with original swing tags/labels attached.
Store Credit Process:
- Upon receiving the item(s) and verifying that they meet the stated conditions, we will issue store credit for the purchase price, excluding the original delivery charges.
- Please allow up to 2-7 business days for the store credit to be processed.
Return Shipping Instructions:
- Start a return by logging into your customer account
- Return the item to the following address: 7025 County Rd 46A, Ste 1071-368, Lake Mary, FL 32746.
- If you require a prepaid return shipping label, let us know in the email, and we will send one to you. Please note, an $8 cost for this label will be deducted from your store credit.
International Orders: For customers with international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for the return postage, and we will not provide a prepaid return label.
